Fortmapp is a Fortnite performance tracking application that provides:

• Performance analysis by map area
• Map-linked replay functionality
• Real-time route tracking and visualization
• Spawn analysis and optimization
• Match statistics and analytics
• Premium features with ad-free experience

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Conduct

5. Game Data and Epic Games Terms

Fortmapp analyzes data from Fortnite, a game developed by Epic Games. By using our Service:

• You acknowledge that Fortnite is owned by Epic Games
• You agree to comply with Epic Games' Terms of Service
• You understand that we are not affiliated with Epic Games
• You accept that game data analysis is for personal improvement only
• You will not use our Service to gain unfair advantages in gameplay

6. Premium Features and Payments

6.1 Premium Subscription

Fortmapp offers a premium subscription ($2.99) that provides an ad-free experience and additional features. Premium subscriptions are:

• Processed through the Overwolf platform
• Subject to Overwolf's payment terms and policies
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Automatically renewed unless cancelled

6.2 Free Version

The free version of Fortmapp includes advertisements and basic features. We reserve the right to modify features available in the free version at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AlbericoD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
